Getting Started with Syncio

What is Syncio?

Are you removing, adding, and counting inventory manually? We understand the unique challenges when operating multiple stores or a multi brand marketplace in Shopify. We created Syncio to allow merchants to manage multiple stores and share inventory across them in real-time, so they can focus on their business, not their inventory. 

Whether you are a well-established brand or a small business, Syncio makes managing inventory easier for you. Syncio is a two-way inventory sync, which means that updates from the source store and the destination store update in real time. With Syncio you can sync product and inventory changes across stores in just a few seconds. 

The first step to using Syncio is to select which type of store your store should be setup as: a Source Store or Destination Store.

Relationship between the Source, Destination Stores and Customer

Hereare our definitions of what a Source and Destination Store are:

Thisis the supplier store that holds the master inventory. Orders are fulfilled andshipped from this store.

SourceStore Syncio Functionality:

  • View synced products.
  • View synced destination stores.
  • Select inventory location to     sync inventory to destination stores.

This is the retailer/marketplace store that is syncing inventory from thesource store. This store wants to list products on its shopfront from thesource store to sell. Orders will need to be sent to the source store tofulfill.

DestinationStore Syncio Functionality:

  • View synced products.
  • View source stores.
  • Configure Product update sync.     Link to steps.
