Can I be both a supplier and reseller on Syncio?

When you find a store you like, you’ll be able to message them through the app, so that you can discuss and agree terms. When you’ve agreed terms, you can instantly connect using your unique store key.

How do I connect to another store on the marketplace?

When you find a store you like, you’ll be able to message them through the app, so that you can discuss and agree terms. When you’ve agreed terms, you can instantly connect using your unique store key.

How do I manage commissions and revenue splits?

You can set commissions at either a store or product level in Syncio. The Payouts add-on allows you to easily track amounts owing and paid between partners.

How do I import products?

Once connected to a partner store, the reseller can see the supplier’s available products and sync them to their store with one click. Syncio can then automatically update stock levels and product details

How do orders work in Syncio?

With the Orders add-on, any orders containing synced products will be pushed to the Source store (supplier) and Syncio will send the tracking and fulfilment status back to the Destination store (reseller).
