Can I let another Shopify store sell my products without giving them admin access?

Both stores install Syncio separately, and you share a unique connection key with the other store to link your accounts. Once connected, the other store can browse your full product catalogue inside Syncio and manually select which specific products to import. Syncio creates a full copy of each imported product on their store, including title, images, and description, and keeps inventory accurate between both stores automatically whenever a sale is made.

When a customer buys from the other store, that store needs to share the order details with you so you can fulfill and ship it.  Syncio's Orders Add-on automates this process - order details are pushed directly to your Shopify store for fulfillment as soon as a purchase is made. Once you fulfill the order and add a tracking number, Syncio automatically sends the tracking information back to the other store. 

Syncio uses real-time, two-way inventory syncing to keep stock levels accurate across both stores. Whenever a sale or return happens on either store, Syncio automatically updates inventory on the connected store within seconds. Unlike scheduled stock updates, this leaves no gap for discrepancies between the two stores' inventory counts. You can also set a stock buffer to hold back a small reserve quantity, which adds extra protection during busy sales periods or brief sync delays.

With Syncio, the other store can see and import any product in your catalogue by default once connected. Syncio doesn’t have a native feature to control which products the other store sees, but you can add a “syncio-hidden” tag to any products you want to hide as a workaround.

This only works on products that haven’t been synced yet. Once a product has already been imported by the other store, the tag won’t remove it or hide it from them.

When you disconnect from another store on Syncio, you will be given two options: keep your products on their store or remove them entirely. If you choose to keep your products but disconnect the connection, inventory will no longer sync between the two stores, so stock levels on their store will stop updating and can quickly become inaccurate.
